Welcome to Metabolic Balance®! I'm Sudha and I live in the beautiful San Francisco Bay Area. I'm a mother of two grown up children and worked in Tech for more than two decades. 

I came to Metabolic Balance® in early 2024 as a client. I was looking to reset my metabolism and wanted to find a better health & wellness path for myself. The weight loss was a bonus but what I learned was really how I could control my own physical and emotional well-being through my food habits. 

Having tried many different diets and resets myself, am intimately familiar with the guesswork and sometimes rigidity that comes with these programs. I am always excited to understand how I can help work with my client's lifestyle, navigate practical challenges and stay motivated to achieve their goals.
