Hi!  I’m Juanita and I’m the heart and soul of Red Suva.  I have over two decades of practice and am known for my holistic approach to health and wellbeing, incorporating nutrition, herbs, diet and emotional support techniques to help you achieve balanced health.

I am a passionate advocate for women's health and specialise in perimenopause, Metabolic Balance and Emotional Release Technique and I am dedicated to empowering women to navigate life's transitions with confidence and grace.

I understand the challenges and complexities of perimenopause, from hormonal fluctuations to emotional shifts and provide tailored strategies to help you manage these symptoms effectively, ensuring you feel supported and understood.  I find during perimenopause our metabolism is heavily impacted and this is where I find Metabolic Balance works beautifully to help "reset" our hormones and alleviate many of the symptoms women experience during perimenopause with weight release being an added bonus.
