As a mother of 2 children, Amanda knows the importance of living a healthy life, not only physically but spiritually and emotionally to support your family and your loved ones, in a healthy and manageable way (aka no burning out)
Amanda Nicholls is a Certified Mindful Movement Instructor (RTY200, Holistic Bodyworx), has a Yoga Detour Method Certification, and completed the Dianne Bondy’s and Amber Karnes Yoga for All; a specialized training program that focuses on making exercises/postures accessible and inclusive of all.
Amanda is a graduate of Humber College’s Post-Graduate Certificate Program in Wellness Coaching. She is a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Teacher (Training from the Centre For Mindfulness Study) and has also training in mindfulness practices for Chronic pain management from the University of Toronto.
